Born on November 14, 1958, in Benevento, he holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from University Federico II of Naples.

He has carried out prestigious projects in various applicable sectors, conjugating creativity and method with functionality and esthetics. In addition to designing activity, he is also involved in technical consulting for public administration, manufacturing companies, and service companies in the lighting sector. The constant and profuse commitment in divulging the matter has driven him to assume didactical roles in public and private areas and to promote initiatives leading to diffusion of the culture of light in its broadest sense.

He has been teaching lighting design at the Polytechnic of Milan - School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering and School of Design – for more than 15 years and he is currently involved in didactical activities at some Italian academies and institutions where he holds seminaries and lectures on themes related to lighting techniques.

Through the employment of advanced calculating instruments and the implementation of innovative solutions he has contributed, in recent years, in elevating the quality of lighting projects in Italy. It is for this reason, that his studio in Milan, besides being a laboratory for installation, product and lighting apparatus design has become a true and very educational center, a point of reference for those who wish to deepen their knowledge in the field of light. In 2023, he obtained the Certification CERT'Ing +Advanced from the National Agency for the Certification of Competence of Engineers.
